HELP@#()&#POPO#U**%$#&P(@

Oh my.... i have binged so much this weekend...... i bought a ridiculous amount of chocolates and have eaten nearly all of them.

Its not good... im not good.... im ruining all the hard work i have done.

Its like ive gotten myself back into my old ways and it sickens me.... and the problem is that eating like this is making me lazy and tired and that in itself isnt good either.

I feel so sad with myself... eating bad food has made me depressed too :(

  1. This is just a bump and not permanent. The difference between now and pre-band is that you know how to pick yourself back up! A weekend cannot undo all the hard work you have put in! I know you can do it!

  2. Just see as you took the weekend "off" and go back to being good tomorrow. We're all allowed a relapse now and then but the most important thing is to pick youself back up and jump back on the horse as soon as you can. Cheer up! Its only one weekend. You can't undo all your good work in two days. Hope you feel better soon. V.

  3. Oh Ash dont stress. I think i have eaten at least 2kg of choc in the last 4 days, thanks to AF. I've also drunk 2 bottles of wine and half a bottle of bacardi. eekk...
As Angela said it is just a bump in the road.

  4. Ash, I'm going to go against the grain a bit here and suggest that maybe you need a fill and do need to keep that appointment. Some of the pictures you post I see the food I used to be able to eat at the beginning of my banding. Since being in this 'green' zone I don't crave shit, I don't crave breakfast and it's just sitting so much better.

Now, I know poeple are going to criticise and say it's your boyd, your band and I totally agree. What I am suggesting is to find your sweet spot. The spot where you really can't eat bread, rices etc. The spot where you are not thinking about food. I spoke to "Tully" from Pretty If about this and all she needed as a fill and it brought her to that point.

If bingeing is not where you want to be (and god knows we ALL go through this) then use the band as the tool it is.

    In the meantime - *Sqqqquuueeeze*

  5. I think treating yourself on occasion keeps us sane! It's only fair; kind of like a award for all of our hard work. Enjoy your chocolates and start over again tomorrow. :) Your beautiful and such an inspiration to me :)
