My lunch from Sumo Salad yesterday... ok the picture is around the wrong way but you get the idea.... so yummy.... but as for today i have burritos that i made last night YUM YUM!
On the exercise front im so crazy proud of myself.... I have been swimming and yesterday i went swimming after work with a friend who had been banded just over a month ago... she has been going through a rough trot but its good to see her still motivated and we are going to go swimming more often. I love swimming but what sucks is getting my hair wet... i hate it as it fades the dye in my hair :( On a plus i did heaps of freestyle strokes and im a lot faster then i was before.... im a fish in the pool and i will swim for forever... im even tempted to go back tonight for another swim because it feels so good.
This morning i got up with the dog and jogged half around the park with him.... itll be exciting when i can job around the whole park, i cant justify going down there now and just walking around. We came back and did a Jillian Michaels work out on DVD and its a new one i purchased and man did it make me sweat, i saw the sweat dripping down on the floor as i was going and it freaked me out. I did the whole work out... normally i only do 20mins but today i did the full 30... my fitness is coming back and it feels fantastic...
Tonight my sister is coming over to weed in my garden with me (which is a work out in itself) as she wants to start doing things as well.... if we finish early i might go for a swim after seeing as my favourite show isnt on tv at the moment lol.
I guess thats it for now.... my scales said i had dropped 600grams which is good, but my scales are a bit bipolar at the moment so im not sure and its going to be TTOTM for me this week so im expecting to gain a couple and loose a couple by next week ahahaha so im going t avoid the scales.
So there you go kids... i finally posted my scary pics.... Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
